This SKY 2 week program for beginners is perfect for you, who needs that little extra kick to get started, for only 10 minutes every day. It´s a mix of strength, cardio and yoga/stretch. You will warm up for 2 minutes, workout for 7 and stretch for 1 minutes. All you need is to show up and follow me. Use a yogamat for your comfort. Level 1/3. Shirin 💜

The SKY 2 week program for beginners is developed after many years of experience in the fitness & health industry. For me, Shirin, this is the perfect way to stay in shape, in order to get a sustainable body. The looks on the outside is one thing, that´s important to. But the inside is as important, if not even more important. I have developed the SKY program from the bottom of my heart to share with as many as possible. This is my passion.
