Fitness & Health includes a lot of things. To me there are a few things that are more important than others. Like staying active, always. That´s what our bodies are designed for. Not sitting still, eating doughnuts in front of the computer all day.
And also eating healthy. You only have one body, so you should treat it with respect by fueling it with the best possible food you can find. But also important. Get your sleep, hang with people that gives you energy & makes you laugh, do fun things, take care of your skin, travel to see the world & love more. When you mix all of these things together, that is when the magic happens 💜
The old saying, you will become what you eat, it´s true. If you give your body junkfood, your body is gonna look and feel like junk as well. It´s not only what you see in the mirror. You´re gonna become more tired, get moody, give your body more toxins than it can handle, your immune system is not gonna like you and your skin is gonna become dull as well as your hair. And worst case, you´ll get sick

I recommend that you always eat these foods, but especially during your SKY program.
